Our standard delivery times are usually within 3 working days, covering a 10-mile radius from our trading address, determined automatically when placing an order. If you need to return a damaged product, please contact us at sales@buyfreshonline.co.uk or call 0121 439 8320 for guidance on our refund process.
If an item is out of stock, we will offer a substitute of a similar alternative (different brand) of equal or higher pack size. You will be charged the lower of the two prices. If unsatisfied with the replacement, a refund or credit note is available, with prior notification to customers.
Note: Frozen products may not always arrive frozen, but all items are packaged to maintain freshness and safety. If any delivery is rearranged, canceled, or refused without prior agreement, refund claims may be denied. Despite our best efforts, unforeseen circumstances such as severe weather or emergencies may affect delivery times. We appreciate your understanding and will inform affected customers as promptly as possible.
All customers are required to check their groceries upon delivery as we cannot accept returns or liability for damage once the delivery driver has departed. Non-returnable items include meat, poultry, produce, dairy, and sanitary products.
Our admin office is available Monday to Saturday, 9 AM to 8:30 PM. Queries received outside these hours are addressed the next working day. Order confirmations do not signify final acceptance; orders may be canceled due to suspected fraud or stock issues, with completion upon dispatch.
Only registered users over 18 may place orders. Any terms deemed unlawful will not affect the remaining provisions. Our terms are governed by the Laws of England and Wales.
Pickup & Collect: This option means self-collection. If pickup is selected by mistake and delivery is required, additional charges will apply based on order size and distance.
