Ingredients:

– Chickpeas: 1 cup (200g)
– Potatoes: 3 cups (peeled, boiled, and cubed)
– Onion: 1 cup (finely diced)
– Green Chilies: 3-4 (finely sliced)
– Lemon Juice: 3-4 tablespoons
– Fresh Coriander: 2-3 tablespoons (chopped)
– Tamarind: ½-1 cup
– Papri: 1 cup (crushed)
