At Buy Fresh Ltd, we are committed to ensuring customer satisfaction with our products and services. If you are not satisfied, we will offer a credit note or exchange, provided the items are unused, in a resealable condition, and a valid reason is given.
Customers must check their groceries upon delivery to ensure they meet expectations. Buy Fresh Ltd is not liable for damage after the delivery driver has left the property. Perishable items like meat, poultry, fresh produce, and dairy cannot be returned once the driver departs.
Our office handles inquiries from Monday to Saturday, 9 AM – 8:30 PM. Sunday and Bank Holidays, 9am to 6pm. Queries outside these hours will be addressed on the next working day.
Order confirmations do not constitute final acceptance of your order.We reserve the right to cancel orders without prior notice to the customer due to unavailable stock or other reasons. Orders are considered complete when the goods are dispatched.
Age Requirement: Orders can only be placed by individuals aged 18 and over who are registered on our website.
If any part of these Terms & Conditions is deemed unlawful by a court, it will not affect the validity of the remaining terms.
